Yes. On short or cloudy days the battery charges less, so it will burn for a shorter time than on a sunny day. For the best results, place it where it gets as much direct sunlight as possible during the day.
Can it handle rain?
Yes. With an IP55 rating it withstands rain and splashing water. It is not suitable for being submerged in water.
Do I have to switch it on and off myself?
No. It charges during the day and turns on by itself in the evening.
Do I need an outlet or an electrician?
