Portable Hand Pump Water Filter for Backpacking, Camping and Emergencies
Drink from the stream, the lake or the rain barrel and know it's clean
Tired of hauling heavy water jugs on every trip, or wondering what you'd drink if the tap ever stopped? This portable water filter lets you pump clean drinking water straight from a stream, lake or rain barrel, so you don't have to depend on bottled water on the trail, at camp or in an emergency.
What makes this water filter pump stand out:
- Hand pump, no batteries: put the hose in the water, work the handle and fill your bottle or bag. There is nothing to charge and nothing to run out.
- Filters bacteria, viruses and heavy metals: creek water or rainwater becomes water you can actually drink at camp or during a boil-water notice.
- Hose with pre-filter: reach into a shallow stream or a rain barrel without getting your knees wet, and keep sand and leaves out of the filter.
- Just 14 oz (400 g): small enough for a backpack side pocket, the glove box or the emergency kit in the garage.
- Ready for the trail and a power cut alike: one filter covers a weekend hike, a fishing trip and a week without safe tap water.
